We do not carry out landscaping work ourselves and are not a party to any contract entered into between you and a Landscaper.
2. Quote requests
By submitting a quote request through this website, you agree to be contacted by a Landscaper in your area via telephone. Submitting a request does not guarantee a match or a quote, and carries no obligation on either party.
3. Third-party landscapers
Landscapers introduced through this service are independent contractors. Monmouthshire Landscaping makes reasonable efforts to work with reputable professionals but does not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any work carried out. Any disputes regarding work performed are between you and the Landscaper directly.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monmouthshire Landscaping shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from any work carried out by an introduced Landscaper.
